Ryan Grose
Born and raised in the Northwest, Ryan comes from a multi-generational construction family. With over 22 years of industry experience, he has spent the majority of his career managing commercial concrete projects of all sizes, both in the field and as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor. His role required navigating complex interactions with municipalities, inspectors, and hundreds of subcontractors across various city and state jurisdictions. Through this, Ryan discovered a passion for tackling challenging projects, always with a focus on delivering high-quality results and building strong, lasting relationships with clients and owners. Integrity, honesty, and a team-first mindset are the principles that guide his work, ensuring every project is completed with professionalism and mutual respect among all parties involved.
Jesse Kilcup
Jesse has been specializing in custom foundations for 26 years. He prides himself on accuracy, precision, and doing the job right the first time. Over the years, He’s built a reputation for dependable craftsmanship and attention to detail — Jesse believes a strong foundation is the key to a lasting structure. Jesse lives in Washington State with his wife and six amazing kids. Family is at the center of everything he does, and it’s that same commitment and care that he will bring to every project. Whether it’s a custom home, an addition, or a specialized foundation, he’s dedicated to delivering quality work that stands the test of time.
